If you would like to spread our mission and help us support premature babies, we welcome you to apply to join our Ambassador Program! Don't worry if you don't have any past experience. As long as you have the heart to volunteer, our program directors will guide you through the process.
WHAT ARE YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES?
social media
Promoting Madhatter Knits on your social media account. You are to have at least one social media account (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and you are encouraged to like and follow our organization’s account on social media and encourage your followers to do the same.
Ambassador:
share our mission
Share our organization's success stories to your friends and family with pride. Vouch wholeheartedly for our nonprofit's mission to be heard, understood, and adopted. You are encouraged to share a post on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram once per week stating why you believe in the mission of the organization. Sharing personal stories are highly encouraged
recruit members
Volunteers are crucial to the success of our nonprofit organization. You'll be surprised at how much more muscle you'll add to our mission by inviting your friends and family to join you in our organization making beanies for premature babies.
start a club
Work within your immediate community and sphere of influence such as your school, workplace or community by starting a club knitting hats to raise the visibility of our organization and facilitate the mission
PRESIDENTIAL VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARD
Eligibility
Being a Madhatter Knits will be rewarding and you will find yourself investing your time painlessly. You may be eligible to earn a Presidential Volunteer Service Award (PVSA), a prestigious award bestowed by the United States President recognizing outstanding volunteer service and civc participation.
